Would you like to be a vendor at the 2026 FUSION Conference? 

 

We’d like to invite you to be a vendor at the 2026 FUSION Conference, Conversations in Clay, happening May 23–24, 2026 at the Art Gallery of Burlington. The lead presenters are Bruce Cochrane, Tony Clennell and Kiefer Floreal. 

 

This two-day event brings together ceramic artists, educators, studio technicians, guild members and suppliers from across Ontario. The vendor area is located along the main pathways between demonstrations, panels and breaks, so you’ll have great visibility and steady foot traffic. It’s an ideal way to connect with makers looking for tools, materials, books, glazes, equipment and specialty items. Vendors are also welcome to take part in afternoon sessions in the vendor room to highlight products, share info, spark ideas and promote conference deals.

 

We expect 200 attendees, including emerging and established artists, studio owners, educators and guild representatives.

 

Vendor Table Details - $250 + HST per table
• Six-foot table supplied by the Art Gallery of Burlington
• Table coverings provided
• Electrical access included (please bring your own extension cord/power bar)
• Free Wi-Fi throughout the venue

 

Load-In & Logistics
• Load-in on the morning of Saturday, May 23 (exact time to be shared)
• Flat, level access for easy unloading
• Final floor plan sent ~2 weeks before the conference

 

To reserve your space, please complete your purchase online, selecting the quantity of tables you'd like at checkout. Tables are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage early booking.
