Our featured artist in the Spring 2026 issue of FUSION Magazine, Sydni Weatherson presents The View From Here, with You—a body of work that explores abstracted landscapes and the blurred edges of memory through the surface of the vase. Dissecting relationships and functioning as love letters or quiet apologies, the works are layered with engraved symbolic imagery. Join us for a FREE informal talk with Sydni about her exhibition at Carnegie Gallery, on view from February 6 - March 1.

About Sydni Weatherson
Sydni Weatherson is a multidisciplinary artist and recent recipient of the Pattie Walker Memorial Award currently working out of Harbourfront Centre in Toronto, Ontario. Her work as a glass artist revolves around the themes of organic movement and open spaces with a focus on carefully selected colour palettes. The inspiration for her work stems from time spent hiking in the Niagara Escarpment, her daily commute, aerial photography, and the movement found in watercolour paintings.
