About FUSION
FUSION: The Ontario Clay and Glass Association is a provincial not-for-profit arts service organization dedicated to supporting clay and glass artists across Ontario. FUSION delivers programming, professional development, exhibitions, and community-building initiatives that serve a vibrant and growing membership.


Role Overview
The Administrative Support Coordinator plays a key role in FUSION's day-to-day operations, contributing to membership retention, data management, design support, and organizational communications. This is a part-time contract position suited to a detail-oriented, collaborative individual who is passionate about the arts and comfortable working across a variety of administrative and creative tasks.


The successful candidate will work closely with the Executive Director and Communications Manager to support FUSION's operational goals, membership health, and publications. They will work with board oversight but will report to the Executive Director. 
This is a remote, part-time contract position. The coordinator will primarily work independently with regular check-ins with the Executive Director and Communications Manager. Flexible scheduling is available within agreed deadlines and deliverables. Availability during standard business hours is expected for team meetings and collaboration. 


Key Responsibilities
Membership Retention & Program/Outreach Support
A core focus of this role is supporting FUSION's membership health by tracking engagement, identifying lapsed members, and facilitating proactive outreach to re-engage and retain the community. Monitor and review membership statistics and renewal data on a regular basis, identifying trends, drop-off points, and opportunities for engagement.

  • Track lapsed members and prepare targeted outreach communications including personalized email invitations to renew, re-engage, or share feedback about their experience with FUSION

  • Draft, collect and summarize survey feedback from programs to help inform value improvements

  • Support the development and tracking of retention metrics over time, identifying patterns 

  • Contribute ideas for membership perks, partnerships, and incentives that support retention and growth

  • Support ongoing programs and ensure on site support is covered in partnership with studios and program venues
