Chloe Begg
I came into the mentorship hoping to develop my work, get feedback from an experienced artist, and connect with other artists working in ceramics. I wanted the opportunity to spend focused time experimenting with my work while having guidance and feedback throughout the process.
The experience was very fulfilling. I learned to experiment more with the design of my work and became more comfortable trying ideas that I might not have explored on my own. I also learned a lot of new technical information and gained a better understanding of how different approaches and techniques could be used in my own practice. The feedback sessions were particularly useful in helping me think through my ideas and make decisions about where to take my work.
