Lisa Hammond

Lisa Hammond is a pioneer and expert in soda glaze and shino firings. She is a champion and teacher of ceramics, has trained many apprentices from the U.K. and internationally. Lisa founded the “Adopt a Potter’s” Charitable Trust which funds apprentices from all over the world as part of the Clay College in Stoke-On-Trent . 

Lisa teaches practical pottery skills and design plus business skills necessary to become self-sufficient and successful. 

Both John and Lisa will demonstrate throwing and discuss their thought processes around design and decorating.
